1You land in the group with two passwords
One password manages the group and runs the draw, the other is your own as a participant. Both are saved on this device and shown on the homepage under “Your groups” — copy them somewhere safe, there is no email recovery here.
2You share one link
People join with a name and nothing else, get their own password and appear in the list. Lost the link? The group code from the same block works on the Join page.
3You draw when everyone is in
One click pairs everybody. Nobody draws themselves, and in a secret exchange even the organizer never sees the pairs — each person opens their own box.
Before you start
Do participants need an account or an email?
No. Nobody registers — not you, not them. A name and the invite link are the whole sign-up, and the group lives behind a password saved on the device.
Can I change the style or the draw mode later?
Yes, both can be switched right up to the draw. After the draw only the style can change, because the pairs are already handed out.
How many people can join, and can someone join late?
There is no limit on group size, and people can keep joining until you run the draw. After it the room is closed, so wait for the stragglers before drawing.
What if I want a wishlist instead of a draw?
Then you do not need a group at all — a gift list you share with one link lives under Wishlist. Inside an exchange every participant can build one too.
